About me

About Me:

An Intuitive Animal Communicator

I am an Intuitive Animal Communicator that learnt most of my techniques while working alongside all kinds of animals while growing up in Africa. I spent the majority of my childhood in different voluntary roles helping animals from all walks of life. It was a privilege to learn from such amazing animals and the main charities included:

I also became a member of an amazing herd of horses and was privileged to learn their language “straight from the horses mouth”. My greatest teacher was an amazing horse called Bahati (meaning Lucky in Kiswahili). He taught me unconditional love, compassion, patience, strength, trust and so much more… Bahati is actually the “Lucky” in my Silver Linings.

Personal Development

I have a passion for helping others and making a difference, which is reflected in my studies and my career choices.

I have a great desire to discover different ways of helping other and how these can be evaluated and measured through a scientific approach. This desire motivated me to develop a strong scientific foundation through my academic journey. I completed my Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology (2:1) with The Open University and successfully achieved a Distinction in my Master of Science in Mental Health Studies with Kings College London.

Alongside my studies, I got the several opportunities to get hands on experience as a Research Assistant for the Maudsley hospital, I volunteered with some amazing charities including: Ride High,  Mind,  Barnardos, and worked in several different roles supporting people with Mental Health Challenges. These inspiring experiences fueled my desire to explore even more ways to help others.

During my lifetime of personal development, I have been able to work with and learn from some of the greatest inspirational leaders of our time in the field of personal development.

Complimentary Therapies

I have studied a wide variety of Complimentary Therapy modalities including: Assisted-Animal therapy, Mindfulness, Reiki, Pranic Healing, Crystal Healing, Art therapy, Hypnotherapy and many other modalities. Each modality has brought me closer to offering a ideal bespoke combination of techniques to suit each individual person at every stage of their unique journey.

In 2019, I became an advanced ThetaHealing Practitioner which provides a platform for a perfect blend of all my talents and expertise to create miracles.

Since completing my Theta Healing Qualification, I have experienced and witnessed so many miracles, the list is endless!  I now live a life full of amazing miracles and I can’t wait to tell you all about them. My Academic Journey to develop my Scientific Approach

I have always been interested in learning

Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology with The Open University

Masters of Science in Mental Health Studies with Kings College London.

I had practiced Mindfulness myself and was very interested in how it could help others. I decided to support a Mindfulness-Based Cognitive therapy course at the Maudsley hospital for a year

Interested by how our experiences influence our biology: I chose to research the effect that mindfulness has on the brain using Electroencephalography with individuals with ADHD. I was amazing to find such significant results which motivated me to explore further therapeutic approaches that could help us further.

I developed a strong scientific approach to different therapies throughout my psychology degree

Helping Animals

Having grown up in Kenya, I was Lucky enough to spend most of my childhood with many different types of animals. Animals taught me so many life lessons and I learnt to really understand and communicate with animals on a deeper level.

I spent a lot of my childhood volunteering with:

I also spent a lot of time being one with horses and was fortunate to be accepted as part of their herd. I was lucky enough to find my first horse Bahati (Kiswahili translation: Lucky) who taught me so much and inspired me to really make a difference. He is always the “lucky” in my Silver Linings.

Personal Development

I have a passion for helping others and making a difference, which is reflected in my studies and my career choices.

I’ve always wanted to find different ways of helping others and this inspired me to complete a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology (2:1) with The Open University and further my development through achieving a Distinction in my Master of Science in Mental Health Studies with Kings College London.

I have had the great opportunity to volunteer with some amazing Charities such as Ride HighMind,  Barnardos, which fueled my desire to explore even more ways to help others.

This motivated me to embark on an amazing personal journey of self development. I was given the privilege to learn and work with some of the greatest inspirational leaders of our time in the field of personal development.
