Guess What.. I'm Pregnant
Wow! I can’t believe it! I have been trying to get pregnant for about 16months now and I was really devastated that it was not going how we planned. Every time my period arrived; I would cry for hours feeling like I would never be able to become the mother that I really wanted to be. I am proud to say that I am now 14 weeks pregnant, and my baby is doing really good. Through working with Sarah during our one-to-one session, I was able to let go of the fear, stress and anxiety that had built up from my previous fertility experiences and once I had released the need to try to “control” the journey, I started enjoying my conception journey. About Me
Motivated by my own life challenges, I spent more than 20 years developing an Extensive repertoire of skills and techniques to support my own personal development and self-discovery.
I was able to create a unique approach that combines a Strong scientific foundation with a wide variety of Complimentary therapies.
After trying to have a baby for a very long time, I was able to overcome my own challenges Resulting in a lovely pregnancy and my amazing miracle baby!
